Teoretisk svar da jeg ikke har adgang til en maskine med DocBook
installeret.

Når et XSLT system starter har den kendskab til 3 entiteter - &amp;
&lt; og &gt;.  Alle andre entiteter skal defineres enten i dokumentet
selv eller DTD'en, og DocBook DTD'en bruger af en grund jeg ikke kan
huske nogen entitetsdefintioner fra ISO til det.  Det er af en eller
anden grund her problemet ligger.

Jeg tror stadig at Jade ikke er blevet pisket til at spise XML
definitioner med den xml.dcl angivelse jeg hittede ud af min harddisks
arkæologiske lag forleden.

Hvad indeholder den shell fil som du bruger til at oversætte med?
