Det er jo ikke den ændring, som fik den til at dø.

Jeg var så bange for, at jeg havde lavet en xml-nix-good
konstruktion, så jeg checkede, at jeg kunne transformere docbook
til .pdf, og det virker altså, selve systemet.

Så hvorfor ikke lave en makefile, der er lidt simplere:

pdf:   $(BOG)/$(SGMLFILES) # eller noget i den stil
       mkdir db2pdf \
       cd db2pdf                    \
       ln -s ../*.sgml ./            \
       ln -s ../*images*/*.png ./     \
       dato+version-make.sh            \
       stikordsmake.sh                  \
       db2pdf || Mail henrik < $(FATALMESS)

Det skulle altså være nok, når man så lige initierer de her variable.
De to assistent-scripts kan vi jo (næsten) allesammen lave.

Ooops ... jeg kan se i Makefilen, at det stort set også er det, der
står. Hvordan kan man se, hvad der så går galt? Kan du ikke afprøve
de brukkede Makefile i dit eget dir inden du committer?
