Hvis jeg indsætter følgende header så virker det.

   <?xml version='1.0' encoding='ISO-8859-1' ?>
   <!DOCTYPE book PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook XML V4.2//EN" [

Jeg smider det lige i CVS - så vi er på XML igen :)

Åbenbart er V4.1.2 noget gylle på tyge, whatever - vi kan sikkert
bare køre med version 4.2.
