Hej Kasper

Jeg har "brygget videre" på din tanke om at lægge en del af løsningen i den shortcut, der åbne emacs. Jeg har derfor ændret på startbiblioteket i den genvej, jeg bruger til at åbne programmet i XP.

Det virker - nu starter min filsøgning i det ønskede bibliotek.

Jeg har forøvrigt sat min evironment-variabel "HOME" til c:/user/home til brug for CYGWIN. Her virker variablen.

Jeg vil forsøge at lege videre med dette.


Jeg er ikke sikker på at emacs læser HOME når den kører under windows.

Under Linux bør emacs starte i det bibliotek hvor du kalder emacs fra, hvis du starter det fra en terminal - eller alternativt i $HOME hvis du starter det f.eks. fra et shortcut (i gnome/kde)
