Øhm, det er jeg ikke sikker på. Der er vist nok tale om at ham der gutten
der er blevet frikendt, er blevet frikendt forstået på den måde, at CSS
gutterne ikke kan kræve ham straffet for at publicere DeCSS, _indtil_ der
går dom i selve DeCSS sagen.

Det er en meget lille sejr, med andre ord. Hvis han taber DeCSS sagen,
risikerer han absolut stadig at blive straffet for udbredelsen af DeCSS.

Jeg tager muligvis fejl.
