og så kan man jo passende tilføje at det offentlige når det
investerer i digital infrastruktur - ved at købe webservere -
ikke kun vælger på sin egen it-afdelings vegne men _også_ 
tager nogle valg på bogerens vegne. Spørgsmålet er så hvad er
acceptable valg i en demokratisk, teknologisk og økonomisk 
kontekst (godt nok et retorisk spørgsmål).
