borger kræve kildekode og dokumentation til standarder
udleveret.

Men det er af gode årsager svært at lave en dåseåbner
paragraf der sikre at tilblivelsen af en defakto standard
kan dåseåbnes "after the fact".

Jeg er bestemt uenig med dig om åben tilblivelse af standarder,
men ved ikke hvordan det kan passes ind i B27 formuleringen.
