Ifolge EPC kan du ikke patentere en idé, men en opfindelse som kan
udnyddes industrielt.

Et stykke software er ikke en opfindelse.

Anledningen (the reason) at det ikke er en opfindelse er at et stykke
software ikke indeholder kunskap om ny fysisk kasualitet.
