Jag ser ingen forskel, hvis der er nogen.

Sanheden er den at det er dybt problematisk at friholde software fra
patentering hvis software er teknik.

Så du får enten lere om (laese Popper og Chomsky) eller lade vare med
at argumentere på den måden, og snillt holde dine fingrer i kors bag
ryggen hver gang du siger "Behandling, håndtering og fremlæggelse af
information betragtes ikke, selv om der benyttes teknisk udstyr hertil,
som henhørende under et teknologisk område." (CULT art 2b).
