Hvorfor det?
Pointen er at AOD begraenser adgangen baseret paa laeserens identitet, hvilket
er meget smartere end en generel uklar kategorisering af links som dybe eller
ej. 

Naturligvis skelnes der mellem forskellige slags links, det er jo det
webservere gor. Men det er bedre at hver webudbyder selv styrer det, end at
man laver love og regler, der skaerer alt over en kam.

Du har ogsaa ret i at AOD's adgangsstyring kan have en juridisk betydning (den
giver dem fx sikkert ret til at lukke dit abonnement, hvis du offentliggor dit
password), men det har ikke noget med saakaldte dybe links at gore.
