But, at the same time, a German court in Bremen granted an
injunction to Univention GmbH, a German Linux integrator, against
SCO Group GmbH, SCO's German division. The injunction prevents
SCO from saying that Linux contains illegally obtained SCO
intellectual property, aka Unix source code. If SCO continues to
hold this position, they would have to pay a fine of 250,000
Euros.

Denne her, www.cla.org/bna8_23.htm, har et link til en lov-tekst,
men man skal logge ind eller betale, og det vil jeg ikke. Men
det er Bremen - dommen, som ligger der.

On May 28, Univention GmbH obtained a preliminary injunction from
the Bremen, Germany, Regional Court. The order prohibits
SCO-Caldera from circulating:

the idea that the Linux Operating System illegitimately
acquired and contains the Intellectual Property of SCO UNIX
and/or that the end users of LINUX can be made liable for
patent/copyright infringements against SCO's intellectual
Properties.

Further, the Bremen Court Order provides for a fine of up to
250,000 Euros (around $250,000 U.S.) or jail time for every
violation of the Court Order:
