Tjae, klausulen hvor der fralægges ansvar er kun gældende såfremt det er 
muligt ifølge national lovgivning. Det vil sige hvis et bestemt lands 
lovgivning siger at en leverandør er ansvarlig, så er han ansvarlig.

Med hensyn til almindelig brug, så omfatter GPL slet ikke dette, GPL 
træder kun i kraft i tilfælde af distribuering eller ændring af værket, 
man har jo altid lov at bruge værket ifølge de rettigheder man har i 
det pågældende land.

Men jeg er også lidt i tvivl om hans pointe.
