Oh - hvilket klarsyn, tak Ole :-)

Kan man sige, at den danske implementation af Infosoc, gør det
legitimt at krænke menneskerettighederne artikel 27 stk 1. ?

Eller har menneskerettighederne højere rang, så man kan henvise til
dem, hvis man anklages for at lave en alternativ afspiller uden at
betale licens ?

I DFD har vi kredset meget om lige præcis den problemstilling...
