moves'-mentalitet?

Det ville være meget sjovere at læse den slags hvis der var noget
konkret oplæg til hvorfor MS overhovedet skulel kunne sagsøges. I
Danmark ville man for eksempel kunne henvise til Straffelovens §193.

Uden jeg dog vil lægge op til en lang diskussion om hvorvidt den
finder anvendelse her... Pjat hvem prøver jeg at narre:

Selvfølgelig finder den ikke anvendelse. Langt de fleste af den slags
angreb foregår dagevis efter at MS har frigivet et sikkerhedspatch og
dermed er MS ikke bare uagtsomme, de har rent faktisk søgt at hindre
problemet, for der er vel ingen af os der ved vores fulde fem mener at
det er en god ide hvis MS begynder at påtvinge opgraderinger?

Og iøvrigt er inkompetance heller ikke retsstridigt. Så både MS og
systemadministratorene går fri.
