Men hvad er et produkt ?

hvis man udgiver et gratis open source program via ens hjemmeside, så
kan folk der downloader det og selv installerer det, vel ikke komme og
sagsøge en, hvis programmet fejler ?

Man har jo ikke leveret et "produkt" til en kunde... eller har man ?

Hvad nu hvis der ringer en potentiel kunde, og spørger om man vil
installere et programfor vedkommende på hans maskine(er). Er man så
ansvarlig for alle de programmer man installerer ? Er man ansvarlig
for de af ens egne programmer, som kunden evt. har hentet og be'r en
installere ?

Det jeg mener er, at hvis nogen f.eks. beør mit firma om at installere
en apache server på en af deres maskiner, er mit firma så ansvarlig
for programfejl i Apache ?
