Der er ikke nogen "siste utvej", det vil bare vare den normale udvickling af hele sagen. Måske med (EU)staten som betaler for sagsmål med et forsikringsystem.


Hvor mange udvicklere går det på en krydslicensjurist?

Softwarepatenter er helt enkelt ikke vejen frem. Det går ikke teoretisk at få nul juridisk overhead (som med ophavsret).
