Ikke iflg DS 377 - hvis strengene ellers er ens, sorteres det kortere
før det længere.

Iflg det danske locale ignoreres specialtegn - undtagen når strenege
ellers er ens.

Jeg er bange for at vi er nogen nørder her, og dybt påvirket
af hvordan C/POSIX-localet har fungeret, dvs uhelbredeligt
smittet med ASCII-itis.
