Du skal have fat i den rigtige ftppakke der passer til RH.9.0

http://rpmfind.net

søg efter "tftp-server" i søgefeltet. Så vælg den der passer til 
Redhat 9.0. Der følger en default /etc/xinetd.d/tftp med 
som du kan rette i. 

(der er ikke nogen seperat siden for den bare dowload den fra højre side af
søge resultatet)
