Hvad er licensen *helt* præcist?

Perl er licensieret under Artistic eller GPL, så hvis licensblobben
bare siger 'Under samme licens som perl', så kan duopfatte hele
programmet som værende under GPL og løse dine problemer således.

Det relevante stå i afsnit 3:

3. You may otherwise modify your copy of this Package in any way, provided

    Freely Available, such as by posting said modifications to Usenet or

Jeg *tror* det vil kræve at du enten holder dine ændringer lokalt,
tillader at dine ændringer indgår i standard-versionen (og altså i det
tilfælde under artistic) eller du bare kalder alle udførbare
programmer for noget andet.

Jeg er absolut ikke helt inde i baggrunden for Artistic, det er en ret
indviklet og meget vag licens.

I ordvalget 'stjæle' antyder du at Microsoft vil gøre noget
ulovligt. Det kan ingen licens som sådan hindre dem i.
