wwwdial kalder og opstarter pppd. wwwdial er blot et
avanceret modem-scahtscript der etablerer forbindelse og kalder pppd.
Pppd vil normalt ved forbindelse start udføre /etc/ppp/ip-up
og /etc/ppp/ip-down når forbindelse lukkes.
På redhat systemer kaldes normalt /etc/ppp/ip-up.local (eller noget i den stil)
