Derefter tilføj vgadk til /etc/X11/fonts/misc/xfonts-dosemu.alias

Den er måske ikke så pæn som den nye "vga.pcf" men ellers må du selv tage vga.pcf og tilpasse codepage 850 eller 865.

Jeg har vist formuleret mit problem lidt skævt.


Dos-programmet jeg ønsker at køre er til træning af 10-finger blindskrift. Jeg kører det under en xdosemu session.

Mit virkelige problem er, at jeg gerne vil kunne indtaste noget, som programmet accepterer som ø/Ø. Selvfølgelig allerhelst ved at trykke på tasten til højre for Æ... :-)

Derfor vil det (så vidt jeg kan se) ikke hjælpe noget, at lægge en customiseret font ind. Selvom udseendet vil blive korrekt, men programmet vil jo stadig se den samme keycode, og sige at det ikke er et ø/Ø.

Jeg har forsøgt at ændre /etc/dosemu/dosemu.conf, ved at sætte
$_external_char_set = "cp865"
$_internal_char_set = "cp865"
inden xdosemu startes op.
Også ændret tilsvarende i autoexec.bat i linjerne med codepage.
"cp850" har jeg også prøvet.

Effekten er den sørgelige, at nu opfattes (og vises) også æ og å forkert.
