Jeg bruger normalt #!/bin/sh
idet så kører bash i "posix"-mode, og de færreste har brug
for de non-standard udvidelser som bash har.
(/bin/sh er ofte et link til bash )

/bin/sh vil på mange systemer normalt altid være en posix kompatibelt shell
så det er en god ide at anvende denne, og det er heller ikke nødvendigvis 
alle distributioner der har /bin/bash


så generelt er det en god ide at "nøjes" med #!/bin/sh
til sine shell scripts.
PS.
Der findes andre posix kompatible shells, og også nogle
der ikke er kompatible (csh, tcsh,...)
