rsync -avu /home/h2vh /media/disk/

Hvis du vil have at rsync fjerner filer, som _kun_ er på target og
som formodentlig er slettet (med vilie?) på source-dir, så brug:

rsync --delete -avu /home/h2vh /media/disk/

-avu står for 

-a, archive (rekursiv kopiering 
     og symlinks som symlinks m.v.)

-v  verbose, vis hvad der sker

-u  update, skip filer, som er nyere på target (hvis du
     fx. af ugidelighed har opdateret en fil på target uden
     at kopiere den over på source.)
