Hvordan gør du helt præcist?

$code = q($a =~ s/.../.../; $a =~ s/.../.../; ...);

for (@files) {
    $a = $_; eval $code;
}

eller

eval q(sub code{$a=shift;$a =~ s/.../.../; $a =~ s/.../.../; ...);
for (@files) {
    code($a);
}

?
