Er problemet ikke at hvis du forbinder alle 3 usb-storage enheder vil
de komme til at hedde /dev/sda, /dev/sdb og /dev/sdc i en rækkefølge
afhængig af hvilken rækkefølge du har tilsluttet dem i? Altså at alle
dine partitioner ikke hedder noget med /dev/sdc når alle diske er
sluttet til?

Det burde kunne klares med udev og nogle udev-regler ala dem på
  http://www.reactivated.net/udevrules.php#example-camera
