Jeg er ked af det, men "at google" står ikke i min ordbog, hvad er det?
prøv at læse http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_ALSA_sound_mixer_aka_dmix i
stedet for.

Jeg har et snd_ens1371 agtigt lydkort og bruger følgende /etc/asound.conf
på et gentoo system:

pcm.ossmixer {
        type dmix
        ipc_key 1024
        slave {
                pcm "hw:0,0"
                period_time 0
                period_size 1024
                buffer_size 8192
                rate 48000
        }
        bindings {
                0 0
                1 1
        }
}

pcm.!default {
        type plug
        slave.pcm "ossmixer"
}

pcm.dsp0 {
        type plug
        slave.pcm "ossmixer"
        #mmap_emulation
        #sync_ptr_ioctl
}

ctl.mixer0 {
        type hw
        card 0
}
