Hard disk problemer



Jeg har en laptop der kører Ubuntu (den seneste long time support version).

Den vil ikke længere boote, så vidt jeg kan se pga HD fejl.

Jeg har flyttet HD over i en stationær, hvor den sidder som sekundær HD.
Jeg har prøvet at mounte den manuelt som root, men får følgende fejl:


sslug@sslug:/# mount /dev/sdb2 /mnt/laptop/
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sdb2,
       missing codepage or helper program, or other error
       In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
       dmesg | tail  or so


Jeg mener at det er ext3 (det er helt sikkert en ext variant, den er nyere
end 2, og jeg er 95% sikker på at det ikke er 4) der er på den, men det
hjælper ikke:

Hvad kan jeg gøre? Og er der andet output der kan hjælpe med diagnosen?

Jeg behøver vel ikke at sige at der er ret mange data på disken, og at jeg
(selvfølgelig?) ikke har en backup.
